1st Semester

I already done my first semester on my uni guys!!
I know some of you haven't even got the final test but I did. The thing is that UPH have an early holiday and an early start too. When other uni haven't got their holiday, we already did and where other haven't start the college, we did! But that's not the point haha. So right now I'm going to tell you about my first semester being a biotechnology student.

It's hard and fun at the same time.
Yes it is.

HOMESICK. I once felt so sad and lonely and stressed at the same time and all I can do was crying. Luckily I got lots of people who support me so that I can cheer up again.
So biotechnology..
first impression: so complicated, nerd, smart?
All of my friends was a freaking smart geek awesome guy. You will never find some lazy guy there. Maybe I'm the only lazy one there?

But being on uni and especially taking this major changes my life and the way I think. I learn so many things that I never thought of before.

I changed, from the girl that never listen to my biology teacher on high school to this nerd. Still a cool one tho.

Well, on this first semester I got so many new experiences. Studying about genetic modified animal or corp. Studying about DNA, cells, histology, immune system, microorganisms, fungi, oh and I also got TOEFL and many more. At first, I'm shock that I have to do all my task till 2 a.m in the morning, but as time goes by I kinda enjoy it. I enjoy the rhythm of my days on uni.

I also manage to join some committee as well. The first committee was a blood donation program and I worked with people from Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) which is cool. And I also passed an interview for Bioexhibition as a treasurer which will be held next year.

It was a weird excited for this first semester.

Once Upon A Time

Once upon a time.. there's this girl (me) who don't know how to wear makeup and tried to answer all this Beauty Blogger Tag that she found on her friends blog.  1. Is your hair naturally curly or straight?       Straight and too soft. 2. What is your natural hair colour?   Dark brown, but under the sun it will be lighter. 3. Do you dye it yourself or go to a salon?      I don't dye it. I once dye it light brown when I was on high school. 4. How often do you wash your hair?     Every day! Well, I have this oily type of hair. 5. Do you wear the same style every day or change it?     Change it. I don't know how to use make up, but I know how to dress :p   I like dressing up actually. But I won't say that I'm a fashionista.  6. Do you do your own mani/pedi or go to a salon?     Do my own mani/pedi. I never do meni/pedi at the salon. But I like colouring my ...

Day 6 - Something You Read

I just returned from Semarang today. We (me and my friend) went to a debating competition at Unnes (Universitas Negeri Semarang) to support our junior debaters. You know, I'm a third speaker btw. Then we went to this bookstore and I bought some books to read.  (Taken at my study desk) That red novel over there is An Abundance of Katherines  by John Green.  I'm in love with the previous novel entitled  The Fault in Our Stars by the same author. I cried when Hazel said she was a grenade, and when Augustus went really sick and died ! John Green was a genius!! And I hope An Abundance of Katherines will be as beautiful as The Fault in Our Stars. Yayy! and FYI I can't wait to watch the movie on June!  Hope the movie won't dissapoint the readers.  Here's the synopsis of An Abundance of Katherines (from the book) 19 Katherines and counting.. When it comes to relationships, Colin Singleton's type is a girls named Katherine....
